Managing Partner of Kesar Dass B. & Associates (Kesar Dass), a New Delhi based corporate and commercial law firm with practice in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and other countries in the Indian sub-continent, Sanjay has been in active law practice for more than 18 years. Sanjay has authored many international papers and projects dealing with Indian position including a paper on Treatment of Secured Claims in Insolvency & Pre Insolvency Proceedings in India for INSOL International. Sanjay is also a faculty for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on commercial laws. He was nominated as Member for the Working Group constituted by the Planning Commission, Government of India to recommend measures on India's Competition policy for the 11th Five Year plan in June 2006. He has addressed various international and domestic conferences as a speaker including seminar organised by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) at New Delhi in 2005, Annual Conference of IPBA held in Sydney in April 2006 etc.
Sanjay is an avid Indian Classical music lover and enjoys listening to all kinds of music. During his school, college and University days, he has participated and won many awards in District, State and National level music competitions in singing and table playing.
